Directions

Kruis Mediation is located in the Koll Center at 501 West Broadway, Suite 1330, San Diego, California 92101, within the offices of Shelburne Sherr Court Reporters (619.234.9100).

The office is on the west side of downtown San Diego (near the San Diego Bay) located in the Koll Center, a twenty-one-story office tower on Broadway between Columbia and India Streets. It is one block east of the AMTRAK and Coaster stop at the Santa Fe Depot Train Station, and across the street from America Plaza, behind which the San Diego Trolley stop is located. The office is less than two miles from Lindbergh Field, San Diego's Regional International airport - only a ten minute drive away.

Parking

The entrance to the parking garage is on Broadway. Parking is available in the building at a rate of $2 for every 15 minutes ($8 per hour) to a maximum all-day rate of $24. Payment may be made by credit card at the exit gates, or with cash at the machine across from the elevators in the parking structure.

The 5-Star Columbia Garage, located at 501 West “C” Street (one block away, with the entrance on Columbia, between “C” and Broadway), has the same rates, except the maximum all-day rate is $20.

An Ace Parking open lot is located at the Northwest corner of State and “C” Streets, two blocks away. The all-day rate is $17.
